What we collect
Your name, email, optional phone, the files you upload and your notes. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
How we use it
Only to make, check, certify and deliver your translation or subtitles, and to email you about that order. We don't sell or share your data, we don't add you to a mailing list, and your documents are never used to train any AI model. We use software (an AI service under a no-training setting, and text recognition) to read the document and draft the translation; a person reviews every line.
Where it is kept and when it is deleted
Uploads are stored privately (Cloudflare, encrypted at rest), reachable only with our admin key; there is never a public link to them. Every upload, draft and signature record deletes itself automatically 30 days after the order. Working copies on our computer are deleted on the same 30-day schedule. Delivered PDFs stay in your email, so keep a copy. Ask us to delete everything sooner and we will, the same day.
Terms
- We translate documents. We don't give legal advice, we are not lawyers, notarios or immigration consultants, and we don't fill out immigration forms.
- "Certified translation" means the translator's signed statement of competence and accuracy. No government agency certifies translators or approves translations, and we are not affiliated with USCIS or any government agency.
- We can't promise how any office will decide a case. If an office questions our translation, we correct and re-certify it free.
- Full refund if we can't do the job. After delivery, we fix errors free instead of refunding.
- Subtitle and transcript files: you confirm you have the right to have the audio or video transcribed or translated.
